How does Red2go get your order to you?
We understand that before you buy on-line, you want to make sure that your goods will arrive on time.
Because different customers require different delivery speeds we aim to provide a range of options that suit your timing and budget.

Free Freight for Orders $50 and over
For all orders $50 and over we offer Australia wide freight free of charge via Direct Freight Express road service.
Account customers attract a $20 freight fee for orders under $150.
The choice of freight providers we use aim to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

Although the methods and providers vary according to weight and dimensions, the following outlines our most often used methods and their estimated delivery times.

Perth Metropolitan Area
We use a local courier company that picks up morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday.
Orders collected from us in the morning are generally delivered the afternoon of the same day.
Orders collected from us in the afternoon are generally delivered the next business day morning.   

Alternate Methods of Procurement

Local pick up
We offer pick up from our warehouse located at 27 River Road, Bayswater. Western Australia, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am to 4:30 pm. If you have your own courier company we are happy for you to co-ordinate collection using the local pick up option.

Urgent Local Courier
We offer an Express delivery courier that will generally deliver your goods within an hour of order confirmation. This option is available at check out for an additonal $80 per delivery.

Urgent overnight air freight
If the consignment does not fit into the standard airbag or exceeds the 5kg maximum and you require it to be dispatched by overnight air, we are able to arrange first class overnight delivery by air, due to the large variances in costs of this service we will always advise you with a written quotation before proceeding. 

Tracking Your Order
Consignments can be tracked by using the con note number provided to you via email upon dispatch of goods.

Standard airbag sizes

1 kg =  400mm x 280mm

3 kg =  400mm x 320mm

5 kg =  500mm x 440mm  

Please Note Heat shrink tube cut lengths typically to be folded to fit into an airbag, please let us know in Notes if you would prefer your goods unfolded and dispatched by Direct Freight or your choice of carrier.
