The Red2go shopping experience is designed to be quick and easy
If you have any trouble at all with the site, don't fight it! Just call Steve Ball on 1800 733 246 and he will either walk you through the process or complete your order for you.

The Basics

Selecting products

  • Use the left menu bar or search function to locate the product you want.
  • Click on the quick view for basic product details, or part number for more detailed information
  • Select product by clicking ADD TO CART
  • When finished checkout by clicking CHECKOUT NOW from the pop up that appears after product selection, or you can use the shopping trolley icon on the top right hand corner of the website

Checking out

  • From the check out screen you can add or delete products, change quantity or even create a quote that you can access later if you do not want to complete the order just yet.
  • Once happy with your selection click CHECK OUT NOW
  • Type in your delivery details (Step 1)  and select any special freight options/instructions (Step 2)
  • Select a payment method from the drop down box (Step 3)  Credit card, EFT, Paypal (or acccount if pre-arranged)
  • Click CONFIRM AND PROCESS ORDER to finish

What happens next

  • We will send you an email confirmation to tell you we have received it
  • We will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched

Hows does the freight work

You can PICK UP Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm from 27 River Road, BAYSWATER

Our STANDARD FREIGHT IS FREE, however we do have a minimum invoice value of $50

  • For Perth Metro area we use a local courier and goods will generally arrive the next day.
  • For interestate (CBD and Major regional) we use a 1, 3 or 5kg airbag as long as goods will physically fit. This is generally a next day service, but depending on local variations may take 2 days.
  • For Regional locations or items that don't fit into an airbag satchel we use a domestic freight provider. This service is collected from us on Tuesday & Fridays and  may take 3-5 days, depending on location.

Our URGENT FREIGHT options recognise that sometimes you need things really quickly. These costs are added to your order without any additional markup.

  •  Pick up from our warehouse (No cost)
  •  Urgent domestic courier arranged by you or we can deliver within 50 Km for a flat fee of $80
  •  Interstate air freight for larger consignments are available, but due to the large variation in costs  we will always provide a written quote before proceeding.
