AMP Superseal 1.5 Series
The TE Connectivity AMP Superseal 1.5 connector series is designed and made for automotive applications. The plug and socket housings are made from precision moulded glass filled 6/6 polyamide and feature preloaded secondary contact locks to ensure contact retention. The plug housings are fitted with silicone rubber seals and together with the silicone cable seals and or cavity plugs provide a dust and waterproof rating of IP67 when mated. The AMP Superseal connector range is durable, impact resistant, and hard wearing. They are suitable for vehicle communications, electronics, lighting, security, and many other applications that require signal or power up to 14A at 24VDC.
